SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Tom Stevens has over 30 years experience as being a General Contractor for Reconstruction, Demolition and Asbestos/Lead Abatement. Started in Tri-State Restorations in 1991, specializing in Demolition and Asbestos/Lead Abatement. Built the companies Gross Revenues up to 15 Million a year, then sold the business to Project Development Group, Inc in 2000.
Worked for PDG from 2000 til 2010, as Regional Marketing Manager for the West Coast. Helped successfully open the office in Las Vegas.
2010, started American Integrated Resources, Built AIR to one of the largest demolition and evironmental contractors in California. As president/principal my role is to bring in new business and maintain relationships with previous clients, as well as general overall management of the company. I will also be Marketing both American Integrated Companies for future projects and helping with estimating and overall operations.

MAJOR PROJECTS
Complete Aboveground Decon, Remediation and Demolition of a Former High-Precision Cast Aluminum Plate Manufacturing Plant, Alcan, Inc. - Pechiney Cast Plate, Inc., Vernon California
Responsible for the high profile aboveground asbestos and demolition project on a parcel of land approximately 27 acres in area with 17 acres under building. The work includes estimating and managing the asbestos abatement, Lead Abatement and demolition of the project. The abatement and demolition was completed and meet all targeted timelines as proposed, while adhering to strict health and safety standards throughout the project.

Alexandria Hotel Renovation,
Performed project management, estimates and schedule for this complete remodel, renovation and abatement of this Hotel for Westport Construction. We had completed the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The project took 9 months to complete and consisted of interior demolition, asbestos abatement and the removal of lead materials. The project was approx. $1.2 Million and Westport can be contacted as a reference for this project.

Restoration for the Irvine Company,
Oversaw the bids, schedule and operations of the restoration work for several apartment sites for Irvine Apartment Communities. These projects had to be done on short notice and completed on time. The Irvine Company can also be contacted as a reference for this project.

Frontier Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV, (Trump International Hotels)
Put together the entire demolition and asbestos/lead proposal for Mr. Phil Ruffin, Owner of the Hotel and Casino. Worked on schedules and estimates for the complete project. Project to approximately 1 year to complete. There were a lot of changes during this project, as to the unclear scope provided. We adjusted to all the changes and completed the project on time. This project was approximately $1.8 Million in size.

La Brea Properties, Los Angeles, CA,
Put together the bid and managed the project for PDG and Del Amo Construction. (Ron Northup) This project consisted of the interior demolition, abatement, roof & mechanical removal and saw cutting of approxiamtely 9 properties on La Brea Ave. This project took approximately 45 days to complete and was approximately $500k in size.

Sears Holdings Management Company,
Managed the bidding and overall operations for several Sears locations in Southern California. The projects were being managed by a third party Consultant, Omega (Steve Rosas) and were completed on time and within budget. These projects were around $40k each and consisted of asbestos removal and demolition.


Howard Baba, CAC, CDPH, REPA – Senior Project Manager/Estimator

Howard brings over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry to the organization. He comes from the consulting background, starting back in 1988 as a Health and Safety Technician for one of the world’s largest engineering firms and advancing to several other companies gaining more responsibilities along the way as a field technician, project manager, and operations manager. Some of the responsibilities included performing industrial hygiene services such as performing air and bulk sampling, environmental site assessments, preparing survey reports and project reports. Other tasks included project management, oversight of field technicians and project managers, sales, preparation of cost estimates, and business development. Howard has also had the responsibility as a training instructor for asbestos, lead, mold, and other safety topic classes. Howard brings a vast amount of knowledge and holds current certifications in numerous disciplines including asbestos and lead and is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor.

Currently, Howard holds the position of a Senior Project Manager and Estimator. Some of his responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, attending job walks and pre-construction meetings, business development, preparing project documentation such as work orders, AHAs, work plans and close-out reports, client coordination and communication, project scheduling, ensure the project is completed on time and in budget, verify the project has been completed in its entirety, and confirm the client is completely satisfied with focus on the quality and the end results of each project.

Gerald Adkerson, Vice President

Over 30 years of experience in the environmental and petroleum industries as a program manager, project manager, facilities manager, wastewater specialist and site manager. He is experienced with federal and non-federal site investigations, remediation, environmental compliance and general construction. Mr. Adkerson is currently the program manager for contracts with the Army Corps of Engineers, Navy and National Guard.


Manish Patel, Controller/General Manager

Over 20 years of experience in the demolition and remediation industry. Financial professional with extensive knowledge in GAAP and a solid experience in managerial accounting. Adept in creating the accounting and financial infrastructures within organizations including staffing, training, technology, internal controls and procedures. Highly skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives.
